TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING BONUSES
The Terms and Conditions for granting bonuses are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Konto.com, applicable on the Konto.com and KontoWin platforms, whose operator is Rondo Services Sp Z.o.o, a company incorporated in accordance with the legislation of Poland, registered in Warsaw, Poland under KRS number 0000968380, with its registered office in Hoża 86 / 210, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland and contain the rules applicable to bonuses received by customers.
General Provisions
1. In partnership with KontoWin, the Operator may organize campaigns through which it grants free and risk-free benefits to users of KontoWin and Konto.com platform, benefits hereinafter referred to as "bonuses". Each campaign will be subject to its own rules - "Campaign Rules" - and these terms and conditions.
2. The Operator reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for granting bonuses at its own discretion. Users are obliged to periodically check the content of the terms and conditions.
3. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the user's identity before granting a bonus and to modify, cancel, suspend, withdraw or refuse the user's participation in any campaign carried out if it is found that he does not meet the conditions for granting the bonus.
4. All campaigns, including the campaign rules, will be brought to the attention of users by displaying them on the Konto.com and KontoWin platform.
5. Depending on the campaign's rules and terms and conditions, bonuses from the same or different campaigns, partially or in total, cannot be combined with each other.
6. In rare cases where two or more bonuses are active simultaneously in the user's account due to incorrect campaign configuration, the terms of each bonus will apply in the order of activation, starting with the oldest. The operator reserves the right, without prior notification, to modify, cancel, suspend, withdraw or refuse partially or totally any or all bonuses displayed, seen, used, claimed, unlocked or rewarded to the customer due to incorrect campaign configuration or operator's technical errors.
7. In the event that a bonus offer has been incorrectly configured or displayed, the Organizer has the right to adjust the user's balance or other affected game account details accordingly.
Granting of bonuses
8. The Operator may organize campaigns through which it grants bonuses free of charge to users of the KontoWin and Konto.com platform. Bonuses are granted exclusively free of charge in accordance with the campaign rules and the Konto terms and conditions. Bonuses cannot be purchased.
9. Only registered and KYC-passed Konto.com platform users are eligible to participate in campaigns and receive bonuses. Unless otherwise provided in the campaign rules, bonuses are granted to Konto.com platform users for their activity on the platform.
10. The Operator reserves the right to grant some bonuses only to a user or group of users based on objective criteria pre-established in the campaign rules (such as, but not limited to, the number of accesses to the Konto.com platform, the number of operations performed through the Konto.com platform, the age of the user's account on the Konto.com platform, etc.) and/or only on certain days / periods of time / time slots.
11. Bonuses are granted to users who participate in the campaign and only subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions. The bonuses granted by the Operator have as their object one or more initial digital points, called KWT, which will be visible in the user's account.
12. Any form of fraudulent obtaining of bonuses will be sanctioned by the cancellation of the bonuses received and all benefits obtained by using them. The Operator reserves the right to exclude the user from participating in other subsequent campaigns and/or suspend/block the user's account if he/she has violated these terms and conditions.
Use of bonuses
13. Users who are awarded bonuses may choose to use them or may choose not to use them. In the event that bonuses are not used in whole or in part within the period and under the conditions specified in the campaign regulations, they will expire at the end of the campaign period.
14. KWT awarded as a bonus through the Konto.com platform can be used exclusively on the KontoWin platform to access and play the games made available through it.
14.1. KontoWin is a marketing platform, intended exclusively for Konto.com users, which offers a range of entertainment and skill games for those looking for entertainment and real winnings.
14.2. Access to the KontoWin platform is free and reserved exclusively for users who hold KWT points awarded as a bonus through a campaign organized by the Konto.com platform or subsequently earned by participating in the games on the KontoWin platform.
14.3. The KontoWin platform is fully supported and guaranteed by the Konto.com platform.
15. In order to participate in the games offered by the KontoWin platform, users may be required to use a number of KWT, specified by each individual game. KWT used for game participation is non-refundable unless a game has not been completed within 24 hours of its start.
16. Users accessing games on the KontoWin platform, referred to as players, may earn additional KWT or lose KWT held as a bonus or earned by using bonuses through their actions within the games.
16.1. Each game has a specific set of game modes made known to users, which represent different entry levels and come with particular rules regarding the possibility of earning additional KWT or losing them.
16.2. Players will be matched with game opponents based on availability or other criteria established by the KontoWin platform. Entry into the game will be done directly, by starting a new game, or by joining an open lobby.
16.3. Users acknowledge that they are aware that some games on the KontoWin platform are in a 1-vs-1 match format. These games will have a single winner, determined by the particular rules of the game. Only the winner of such a game is eligible to receive the game reward, consisting of a new KWT, which will be credited to his account.
17. The Operator reserves the discretionary right to change the rules of any game, the criteria for awarding winnings or any other related features.
18. All winnings and losses of KWT are subject to the terms and conditions of the KontoWin platform and may vary depending on the type of game, the stake of the game and other such factors. Winnings of KWT may be subject to verification and confirmation by the Operator.
19. Any form of fraudulent use, abusive exploitation of game mechanisms or unsportsmanlike conduct is strictly prohibited and may lead to the user being disqualified from the game, the loss of KTW earned in this way and the suspension/block of the user's account.
20. Access to the KontoWin platform and playing games on this platform is ensured to interested users as long as they hold KWT or until the moment when they consciously, voluntarily and actively unlock from the KontoWin platform by selecting the "Withdrawal from KontoWin" option. After unlocking from the platform in this way, access to the KontoWin platform games will be possible for the same user only if he receives a new bonus (initial KWT) through a campaign organized by the Konto.com and/or KontoWin platform or if the user has remaining KTW based on campaign rules.
Unlock of benefits obtained from the use of bonuses
21. At the time of unlocking the benefits of the user from the KontoWin platform, he/she will also have the possibility of unlocking those KWT that are in his/her account and that exceed the number of KWT initially received as a bonus if the amount is within the limits stated in the Campaign Rules. Unlocking the bonuses with the intention of closing the account may result in account suspension/block.
22. At the operator's sole discretion the bonuses displayed on KontoWin may be unlocked and may be seen as rewards on Konto.com. Konto.com Service Provider reserves the right to offer rewards at its sole discretion that may be connected with the KontoWin campaigns and user's bonuses. Based on the user's performance in the KontoWin games provided, the platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant users the opportunity to receive rewards on the Konto.com platform. In order to unlock the KWT in his/her account, the user must first meet the wagering requirements of the initial bonus received.
23. By using KontoWin, you acknowledge and accept that any bonuses displayed on KontoWin may be unlocked solely at the operator's discretion and may be considered rewards on Konto.com. The Konto.com Service Provider reserves the right to offer or connect such rewards with KontoWin campaigns and user bonuses at its sole discretion. This rule is the primary condition and shall prevail over any other terms or conditions in this matter.
24. The unlock of KWT will only operate if all the wagering requirements are met and the user consciously, voluntarily and actively selects the "Withdraw KWT" option. Unlocking these bonuses will only occur if all KTW turnover conditions are met. Depending on the campaign, part of or in whole the KTW points will be deducted. Once unlocked there is no option/possibility to revert the unlock back to KTW.
25. The Operator may establish for certain campaigns the maximum number of KWT that can be unlocked, expressly specifying this in the campaign regulations. Any KWT obtained in excess of the maximum number thus established will be cancelled upon completion of the unlock of the permitted number of KWT. You acknowledge and accept that there is a limited amount of KTW that you can unlock, which is an "x" amount limit of bonuses received. For more clarity, you acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally accept that there is a strictly limited amount of KTW bonuses that you can unlock, subject to a maximum limit of 'x' as determined by the operator. Failure to accept or respect this condition may result in the forfeiture of any bonuses, restriction of account privileges, or termination of access to the platform at the sole discretion of the operator.
26. Any attempt or action by a user to circumvent, manipulate, or defraud the conditions for unlocking KTW will result in the immediate cancellation of the associated KTW or possibility to be counted for Konto.com rewards. Furthermore, such actions may lead to the suspension or permanent termination of the user's account, at the sole discretion of the operator.
